Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations before October 5 midnight: 50% refund minus €70 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations starting October 5: No refund.

Modification Policy

  • Charges apply for upgrading from online to in-person.
  • No refunds for downgrading from in-person to online.
  • No charge for delegate substitution (authorization letter required 2 days before the event).
