3. Innovation Award Gala Dinner

Join us for an elegant Gala Dinner on October 8th at the prestigious HAPPO-EN Restaurant, one of Tokyo’s most renowned venues.

During the dinner, three international distinctions will be presented:

  • Innovation Award 2025 – honoring disruptive breakthroughs bringing microbiota research to real-world impact
  • Scientific Award 2025 – rewarding outstanding fundamental or translational research
  • Healthy Technology Award 2025 – celebrating cutting-edge health solutions powered by microbiota innovation.

4. Badge Pick Up

You can pick up your badges upon your first entry on Wednesday, October 8, starting at 8:00 a.m. Please make sure to wear it throughout the congress.


Short Oral Presenters Guidelines

Kindly note the updated timing of your presentation. Please make sure to abide by the duration of your talk (8-minute presentation + 2 minutes for discussion).

Make sure to bring your presentation with you on a flash drive on-site.

Please note that all presentations will be collected by the technician, and no presentation via personal laptop will be accepted.

Note: PowerPoint presentation ratio: 4:3.

Posters Presenters Guidelines

If you are joining in person, make sure to print your poster and bring it with you (A1 vertical format). Posters will be presented during the coffee breaks and lunch break. You will need to hang the poster according to its assigned number. Please note your poster number.
